Returns or Exchanges
If for some reason you are unhappy with your order or it is not what you expected, please contact Pouch within 7 days of receiving your order on 0407 034 758 or at email@example.com
Unless your goods are faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to Pouch. The returned item must arrive in original condition along with any box or product packaging. Once received Pouch will issue a refund back via original payment method (PayPal).
Due to hygiene reasons, Pouch is unable to offer a refund on pierced earrings unless they are faulty. Please contact Pouch to discuss.
